sage-butter grilled lobster with grilled vegetables |

Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
1 stick butter
1/4 cup fresh sage, finely chopped
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- melt butter in pan
- add in sage, cook for 10 min
- squeeze lemon in and add salt and pepper
- keep on low heat
- trim lobster legs and spines from bottom
- cut tails in half
- mix sage butter with lobster tail halves, let sit for 5-10 minutes
- brush tails with excess sage butter
- grill faced down for 15 min or so
- serve with grilled vegetables
