Sage-butter Grilled Lobster

sage-butter grilled lobster with grilled vegetables 

serves: 2
prep time: 20 min.
cook time: 20 min

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails
1 stick butter
1/4 cup fresh sage, finely chopped
1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
  • melt butter in pan
  • add in sage, cook for 10 min
  • squeeze lemon in and add salt and pepper
  • keep on low heat
  • trim lobster legs and spines from bottom
  • cut tails in half 
  • mix sage butter with lobster tail halves, let sit for 5-10 minutes
  • brush tails with excess sage butter
  • grill faced down for 15 min or so
  • serve with grilled vegetables
